Your Role:

Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, you will manage sales efforts to support Arcus Power’s growth and revenue targets in your territory:

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements
  • Lead the sales cycle from finding a client to securing/negotiating a deal through a consultative approach
  • Manage clients needs and grow spend on current accounts
  • Coordinate with marketing to refine lead generation and sales funnels
  • Unearth sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Keeping organized records and tracking progress toward business goals and quotas using automation tools
  • Ability to travel throughout the US and Canada (up to 35%)
  • Be primarily responsible for NRGSTREAM sales Eastern North America
  • Secondary product sales of PWRSTREAM Eastern North America

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with +5 years of professional experience in engineering, sales, and/or marketing of technical solutions
  • Hands on experience over the entire business cycle of winning, implementing, and managing a client
  • Experience in energy markets as well as an understanding of SaaS solutions is desirable but not essential
  • Proven success of your ability to engage customers at both technical and commercial levels of discussion at multiple levels in an organization
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Compensation:

Arcus Power Corp. offers a comprehensive compensation package designed to reward short-term and long-term performance:

  • Competitive base salary | $100,000 to $150,000, negotiable depending on experience
